Wakibi Daniel serves as the Country Director of ACRI in Uganda, driven by a belief that everyone should have access to basic resources for a successful life. With over a decade of experience, he has dedicated himself to working with vulnerable communities and refugee settlements. Previously, he was the Director of Programs at the Real Medicine Foundation, where he oversaw more than 500 staff, providing essential health, livelihood, and education services. Daniel also worked as a Program Manager at the Transformation and Restoration Initiative. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Development from Makerere University and a Certificate in Administrative Law.
Kisubi Hannington has pursued his education in Uganda, earning a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certificate and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences (BASS) from Makerere University. He further advanced his studies with a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Administration and Management (DPAM) from the Uganda Management Institute (UMI) and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Management Science (MMS). With diverse experience in various roles, including Research Associate and Program Manager, he has developed expertise in program design and management. Passionate about humanity and community resilience, he believes empowered communities can sustain themselves and thrive amidst challenges.
As a finance officer, Carolyn Kisubi is well founded person who believes in serving those in need, she joins ACRI having served in different capacities as a Data officer at international rescue committee and also as a research assistant at Uganda Refugee Disaster Management council. Through her service, Carolyn has been able to make a difference in people’s lives. Carolyn holds a Bachelors of Arts in Economics and Management from Uganda Christian University, Mukono (UCU) and she is currently pursuing a Masters of Economic Policy and Planning at Kampala International University (KIU). Her passion to serve others selflessly has been manifested in the complex situation she has worked including the refugee settlements in Uganda, with such experience, she has been able to dedicate her life to making a difference in areas she has served. She thrives on a believe that people are the pulse of every organization and she is passionate about creating the best work environment for everyone.
Kanakutanda Henry Yosia has joined ACRI after serving in various capacities across different organizations. As a Program Director at Necaph Business Consultant since 2019, he has excelled in managing and supervising programs while driving operational efficiency and compliance. Henry holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, majoring in Administration from Makerere University, providing him with a solid foundation in organizational governance. He further enhanced his expertise by earning a Diploma in Taxation from the East African School of Taxation. Currently pursuing a Diploma in Law at the Law Development Centre (LDC), Henry's strategic insights make him a valuable asset in organizational development, particularly in fundraising efforts.
